I purchased my home in October 2005 and sold it in January 2010. I am buying a new home with a close datee before April 30, 2010. Would I qualify for the $6,500 credit.

My husband and I lived in our home for 10 yrs, paid it off about 2 yrs ago, and just purchased and moved in to our new home, we closed in Aug. of 09, do we qualify for any credit? Need to know today, i believe tomorrow is the deadline for homebuyer credit?
